  • I cannot be sure but I think you will need fiber in there somewhere. I am thinking as with all muscles if you do not use it, it will waste away and having the digestive system and intestines not working is not helpful.
  • So carrying on the hacker's diet, I saw on Gizmodo talking about a book called 4-hour body. It seems to be about hacking the body. I have gone out and bought this, and will read through it to see what it talks about.
