Started out as a 18E,then went to 18F and retired as a 180A.

Admin or something in the IT field, and if possible try to get as high of a security clearance as you can get. Having a security clearance (Secret or higher) when you get out sets you up for a job also. If you can get a position where you require a TS clearance, when you get out that will add 25K-50K to your pay.

Pick a MOS that will set you up for a job once you get out. Too many people join and let the recruiters convince them they can only take certain jobs. They (recruiters) have a quota to meet, and will sign you up for the jobs nobody else wants to do. Decide what you want to do and stick to it.
