  • Stick to the lean meats and veggies! My husband and I go to mongolian grills occasionally and I load up with the leanest meats, seafood and veggies, I stay away from rice and noodles all together!
  • Omron Body Fat devices are pretty accurate and my gym (LA fitness) uses them. Also most Curves facilities have one as well. They will do a body fat analysis for you for free. Costco also sells the Omron if not in the store online
  • A smoothie with All White liquid egg whites adds a lot of protein and no fat. I also love Dave's Killer Bread with some peanut butter, lots of whole grains and fiber!
