I also have gotten hip and lower back pain recently. I also go on the treadmill everyday. I never thought before that it could be the way I am walking on it. 1. I couldn't stand looking in mirror anymore. 2, Today only 35 continuous for. me. Anyone can feel free to add me, I enjoy logging in and reading others posts. 3. Presently planning to stick with MFP, I don't want to gain any back that I have lost son far.

My ticker did not update either. I went back into page that you enter weight on, and deleted my current weight and added it right back again and then ticker updated!

I have read that you are supposed to drink half your body weight in ounces. So if you weigh 200lbs. you should be drinking 100 oz. of water per day. I am finding it hard to even get close to half my weight!!!

That's incredible. Tomorrow will be one week for me on MFP and have logged meals each day. I have seen how sugars can really add up. I hope some of your success can wear off on me :).
