I reserve one day a week to eat whatever I want, however much I want. When I jones for something I put it on my list to eat on my whatever day. Knowing I have the option to eat it later, stops me from blowing my food plan. 9 times out of 10 when I get to my whatever day I don't want whatever it was anyway!!

If you lose the weight gradually over time your skin will be able to shrink with you. It also depends on your age and the amount of collagen you have. Some of my favorite snacks are beef jerky, turkey pepperoni, yogurt with 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch, and an orange with cottage cheese. All are good sources of protien and not super high calories either.

I did it by myself, then my husband joined me, then I got hurt and stopped working out, then he stopped working out.....now I am doing it again and he is not, but I am sure that as my body changes he will again join me. I had the same pull up bar.....I screwed the collars into the door jam!! I was able to hang upside down on the darn thing to decompress my back!!

Check out Bill Phillips book Body for Life. I lost 35 pounds and was in my best shape ever. Waiting to cleared from a back injury now so I can do it again!! Basically he explains how to balance your carbs and protiens and the best part is you don't have to count calories unless you really want to :-)

No. Women that look like that are on so many supplements its crazy and they aren't necessarily healthy due to the lack of body fat. You'll be fine. Be prepared to buy smaller clothes.

I like shredding my leftover pot roast and eating it on a whole wheat roll. If it is dry I like to use my microwave steamer to heat it up-it works great!
