A couple of years ago I had a lot of outfits that didn't fit. I just gave everything to charity. When I get to goal I will be shopping.

Yeah for me it's definitely portion sizes and how much I actually should eat. Now, I eat my food on smaller plates and it def. helps.

I used to have a pitbull and it was the sweetest dog ever even with children. Just for your piece of mind you should talk to the neighbors. There is nothing wrong with that and it's about the safety of your child.

I eat mine with a little bit of sugar and cinnamon. Sometimes I add a little bit of honey and it's delicious.

I like the show too but that man is a little bit odd. I can't put my finger on it. Sometimes it looks like they're "playing" the big happy family.

I have the same thing with cookies. I worked in a cookie factory when I was a teenager and now I dislike cookies.

aah the caramel waffles are great:happy: but off limits. After reading all the comments I feel I have a couple strategies for the evening and eating wise I did great today. I'm well under my calorie intake..so I have room for snacks in the evening. Thanks

Thanks for your answers. I think I will save up some more calories for the evening because I don't have a problem during the day. Actually, I'm very good during daytime.
