You look great! way to exceed your expectations!

I have the same problem. I don't even want my fiancé to see me. I wake up at 5am and go for a run, then have the living room to myself for strength training. I have a couple sets of dumbbells and use them every day to every other day. OR I use my Xbox Kinect Fitness Evolved game which is crazy intense. I have Wii fit, but…

^^This. I feel like it's super important to have VARIETY in your workouts. Doing the same thing over and over creates muscle memory which will cause you to plateau. Keep your muscles constantly guessing by changing it up form cardio to strength to a combination. Maybe even join an amateur sports league.

I will add you!

I'm In the Pacific NW~ Seattle to be specific. Always looking to add to my MFP support! ~Casey

I work in an office in downtown Seattle--and I take a walk every day. Rain or Shine. No matter how busy I am. A coworker and I try and walk as briskly as possible, if we're too busy with meetings, emails or what have you, we walk for 15 minutes. It's nice to walk through the city, except for the occasional pee smell and…

I'm multitasking

I adjusted it, and increased my base calories to 1260, and I try to eat back my exercise calories. It's all one big experiment. I will keep it here for a week and see where I am at. It's just really frustrating that I put in all of this effort with very little results. I am keeping at it though. Honestly, my measurements…

Way to go! Today was my first day, I was so sweaty after!

I LOVE my Kinect. I use it on days I don't feel like working out. It's fun, intense and waaaay better than Wii fit. I have Fitness Evolved 2012. The reason I like it more than the Wii is because i don't have to stop in between every exercise. I can do a 14-40 minute program that has me dripping sweat and practically crying…

My Fiance and I are getting matching robot tattoo's after our wedding :)

I know exactly how you feel. I work my A** off, but not literally. Unfortunately.

Hey! Welcome To MFP! Feel free to add me if you like. We can motivate each other  If you replace all the junk food with healthy things like veggies, berries, nuts, and drink a ton of water, you shouldn't need to give up snacking at all. Good luck!

Very Inspirational!

The first time I tried MFP, I was on a strict 1200-calorie diet, rarely eating back my calories on workout days. I didn't lose a single pound. Or, if I did, I would gain it back within a couple of weeks. It never occurred to me that this was because I wasn't eating enough. I always thought that in order to lose weight you…

So true! My Fiance has a cheat day every week...I do not. I know myself well enough to know, if I slip even one day, it will make it easier for me to slip another day and then another until I am right back where I started. Not to mention how much harder you have to work to constantly burn off those extra calories! Well…

You look amazing. Way to go on such a monumental achievement!

5'2" and 137.8 lbs I am RE-starting my weight loss goals. I wasn't 100% committed the first time around, but this time I have set up a plan, have goals and am uber motivated to lose 15-20 lbs within the next year. I think this is the most I have weighed since I was pregnant. I quit smoking October 1st, and just like they…

Wow! Great work!

Honestly, I started drinking talking rain or other "sparkly" drinks that lack the calories. I can't stand artificial sweeteners, so I do things like use juice in sparkling water or add raspberries. It really helps curb the cravings for soda, and eventually, you will stop craving it so much. I swear soda is addicting, but…
