I just broke through my plateau this morning! I increased my calories, changed my macros, increased my exercise routine and lost three pounds, after months of struggling. I think it just takes experimentation; figure out what "formula" works best for you. Good Luck!

I'm 5'3 and I work out at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes. Put out your gym clothes before bed, along with HRM, shoes, socks, headphones- EVERYTHING you need. Get 8 hours of sleep, set you alarm clock on the other side of the room, and don't crawl back into bed--just put your clothes on and get out of the house.

It's kind of a weird concept, but when you run, your feet swell/spread causing your toes to hit the edge of your shoes. The impact can have detrimental effects over time, as you are learning.
