Greek yogurt, apple chips, apple sauce, laughing cow cheese with crackers, hummus and pita chips (Trader Joes has guilt free pita chips that are pretty good), English muffins, special k bars. Frozen yogurt bites sound pretty good! I'll have to try them

I just bought the DVD and it got delivered last night. I usually do cardio at the gym (elliptical, bike, stair master...) would you recommend doing both? or not going to the gym and only doing 30DS? also what weights does she use in the DVD? 2lbs? 3lbs?
