Ok. So let ME tell you how to do it. You have to have pebble ice. Put some ice in a cup and fill the cup with cold water. Take 2-3 slices of lemons and squeeze the juice into the water. Then throw the lemon slices into the water. Get a reusable (think environmentally friendly) straw and enjoy! -lemonwater1

Wtf. I wouldn’t take the meds. Meet with a lactation cosuktant- you can probably get more of a supply by supplementing less. Breastfeeding is supply and demand. Breastfeeding exclusively burns about 500 calories per day. Plus, at 5 days pp your weight is going to be off, you probably still have a lot of water weight on…

I wear a belt that holds a water bottle for all my runs: even if it’s only a few miles. I hate the feeling of dry mouth! I’ve never tried a camel back. I have seen people with them at halves and I’ve also seen people with hydration belts. Whatever you’re most comfortable with.

Wowzers. 🤯 I don’t think I have gone over 2000 since I started mfp (on days I’m eating back exercise cals), but before that... Idk. Let’s just say eating several slices of pizza dipped in ranch for ONE of my meals was not uncommon. 😰

Yes, you are burning about 500 calories a day if you are exclusively breastfeeding. In your diary, you can search “breastfeeding” and add it to your diary, which will give you 500 more calories you can eat each day, while still being in a deficit.

Mine is open. Everyone is welcome to be my friend. I’ve lost 20 lbs so far and have at least 30 more to go. I eat junk, as long as it fits in my calorie goals.

I’m right there with you. My older child has true insomnia issues and my toddler still wakes me up some nights. It definitely makes it more of a struggle .

If you are exclusively breastfeeding, you can enter that into mfp daily diary and it will count it as burning 500 calories per day.
