I’ll be running a half in July. I’m running Bryce Canyon Half Marathon in Utah- I ran it last year too. I usually follow Hal Higdons training plans.

I log my coffee as coffee and don’t log water. I use creamer so logging the coffee helps me stay accountable for logging the creamer.

I have two kids and I work- the only way I have been able to incorporate exercise is to get up earlier. I use to wake up at 6:15. Now I am working out by 5:15.

I like the Atkins bars. They have “treat” bars that are 120-130 calories and are actually really good. I still eat chocolate too- Hershey’s bars, brownie squares. I just log it and make sure it fits in my calorie goal 🙂

Listen to music or podcasts, change up routes/scenery, join a walking club or go to a community center with an indoor walking arena. Whatever you choose, just keep walking!

I have two kids. I’m breastfeeding my toddler, although that hardly counts as its way easier than breastfeeding an infant was! I’ve almost lost 30 lbs using this app, but have much more to lose.

The meals come with recipes that tell the serving size and calories. I’d make the recipe and then weigh the serving so that you know the calories.

This post is adorable! My sister and I were jogging once when a goat 🐐 appeared out of nowhere and ran along with us! It went with us for a while and neither of us really knew what to do. It was making funny sounds and seemed happy. Then suddenly it walked away. 🐐
