Hi with the hello fresh meals do i have to put in every item or just type in hello fresh and the meal it is. I see it comes up when I type that in. But does that give you everything in the meal. It says 690 calories

    The meals come with recipes that tell the serving size and calories. I’d make the recipe and then weigh the serving so that you know the calories.
