  • I am on Phentermine and have been for a couple weeks now. Started at 242, down to 226. But, I replaced my cokes/sweet teas with a gallon of water a day. Also stayed under a thousand calories every day except two. Weight loss is slowing down, and Ill start cardio/working out in the next week. Been great so far.
  • Im doing the ketosis 600 diet for a short time...I have not been able to maintain the 600 cals daily (almost impossible) but have stayed under a thousand for 3 days now. Started at 242.2 and in 3 days am at 233.4. I havent started exercising yet, but plan on in the next couple weeks. Thats when Ill go 1200 cals. I should…
  • I appreciate the honest comments...I am only trying to jumpstart my metabolism a bit..I plan on starting a work out in a couple weeks and will def. add calories then.
