  • Go for it. I did several 5K's this year and my mind set was about finishing them. I actually had to walk most of them but my goal is always to finish. You will eventually be running them, just dont let that stop you now.
  • If your making them from scratch you could trying stuffing them with something. Cheese, mushrooms, onions all work well inside a burger and add a really nice bit of flavor when you bit in to them.
