This happens to me alot as well. I do great during the day and then I get home and I go into "devour" mode. Its really bad on the weekends as well. I don't buy junk food at all but my wife and daugther on the other hand do even though they have said they would stop bringing it into the house. I know its my responsibility…

Awesome Job! I've completed 3 mud runs this already and have the Hero Rush on August 11th in the Poconos. Its a great way to have fun and use as a goal. Keep up the great work.

Depending on where you are a lot of the clubs are going to a 24/7 schedule. The clubs in South Jersey are all 24/7 now.

Lumberton NJ but I work at the Planet Fitness in Cinnaminson, NJ. Lucky for me too cause I never have an excuse to work out.

Be sure to bring it up to the attention of the staff as well. They should be monitoring the area and can help you out with people that are in there not using the circuit properly.

12lbs in 20 days is good! Congrats. I'll be sure to add to your channel once I get home from work today.

I work the front desk at a gym. Its great cause I never have an excuse not to workout.

Thanks. I definitely start it up. My channel name is LeoMitchell3 (i think). I will definitely have to post up my first video sometime this week. Thanks again!

I've actually been thinking about doing the vlog thing for a while. I also got a new HD video camera for Xmas and the trainer that I work with wants to start recording my workouts to post as well. Guess I'll have to sit down and start this week. Thanks for posting and the inspiration to follow through with it.

You might be talking about the Arc Trainers. Their a cross between the Elliptical and a Stepper.
-
I used to do it 2-3 times a week. I found that it can be a total body workout as long as you keep moving and keep your heartrate up. Most people I see do it only do a few machines and skip the boxes or do all the machines but take a 5-10 minute break in between. Definitely not going to see results doing stuff like that.

Definitely could always use more friends.
-
Nice! They have one in PA on July 14th that I'm thinking about signing up for.

I have 10 right now and am looking to get at least 5-6 more in the next year. All mine mean something to me personally.

Mountain Climbers and High Knees.
-
Sounds like I'm going to have to give that a try.

I did the Bill Bottino Mud Run for Cancer in South Jersey. Had a ton of fun.

The Arc Trainers and Ellipticals are going to be a great source for a cardio workout. I do an minimum of 1 hour a day of cardio on the elliptical.

I'm Leo and live in Central NJ, about 20 minutes east of Philly. I did a 5K walk with WW back in May of this year and then did a 4 mile Mud Run for Cancer in September. I'm currently training for the 2012 MS Philly 10K Mud Run in June.

I live in Central NJ and haven't found seen any of these yet either.

What I was told by my trainer was that any cardio is good. I do a lot of walking at work at a slower pace then when I work out so I got a pedometer to track steps, distance, and calories burned and will be adding them accordingly. You may want to try something like that.

Be sure to stay hydrated. Dehyrdation will hinder weight loss in a major way. So be sure to get all your water in. I count mine by using my water bottle. Your should be having at least 8 glasses a day, more when your working out hard.

Don't get too down on yourself. Everyone slips or has setbacks. You just have to look at it objectively and just say that your not going to make those same mistakes again. Take is one day at a time and dont let the scale rule your life. And dont be afraid to post or even blog about your experiences.
