i ripped 2 of my favorites pairs of jeans while pulling them on. in one day...yeahhh that night i went out and bought 150$ worth of workout clothes and never looked back.

i've started getting one slice of pizza instead of two whenever i go to a pizza place. saves me calories AND money:)

first week was so difficult for me! i had to ease into it by doing more exercising to get rid of my calories... but the easiest way i've found to stay under is drink water and eat more filling foods! additionally, my snacks are larger and actual meals are smaller than they used to be which i'm guessing helps with…

ugh, definitely eggs. i can't handle them scrambled, flipped, whatever. so gross. unless they're covered in cheese, peppers, onions, and turkey/bacon. and i really don't like mushrooms- they taste good, but the texture is absolutely awful.

had a banana, fiber one bar, and two milanos at breakfast, then whole wheat pasta with marinara and meatballs for lunch. gonna have a banana and apple for snacks, and then chicken, peppers, and onions for dinner!
