My breakfast consists of my thermos of coffee I take to work, I make it but don't really start drinking it until 8am, then end up sipping at it all morning since I'm most productive then and just trying to get through my work, I don't get stomach growly hungry until about 1130 am. I do put about 2tblsp creamer per cup of…

Personally, MFP has me at 1600 cals to lose 1 lb per week, but I've been at that (plus some bad days) for a little over 10 weeks and have lost 14 pounds...my body was used to eating sooo much that I think even my calculated "maintenance" (which I eat at probably one day a week to give myself breathing room) would still let…

I've started drinking 2x as much of that fair life filtered milk instead of mixing my little meal replacement protein smoothie into it, because I just learned it's effectively the same macros and much less chunky

2 all natural beef hot dogs, .5 cup black beans with vinegar, and .5 bag of light cheese sauce broccoli steamed... <400 cals but had to supplement it with some yogurt lol

whoops, i had a tall caramel macchiato with skim milk

because for some people (myself included) mcdonald's isn't about eating until you're full, it's eating the entire combo you purchase then getting an irresistible craving for more high-calorie foods. high fat food is a huge trigger for me and if i'm not careful i will go on a day-long binge.

personally, sometimes it felt like the pill made me put on a lot of water weight, but now when i look back on when i used to be on it i was just constantly, constantly overeating, even moreso than when i wasn't on it. i can never stay on a pill for more than a month because my hormones overreact and i go into a spiraling…

i tried skinnygirl pre-mixed cocktails for the first time the other day. 4oz, enough for a decent buzz was only 99 calories! they also make vodka. i got the white peach margarita and it's delicious, not too sweet. i live in NC so they are available at liquor stores here.

my macros are all over the place throughout the span of a few days, but i notice them evening out ultimately over like the course of a week or so. i guess it just depends on what my body feels like it needs.

i wasn't paying attention to my weight when i went on a cruise last month. i was way excited about unlimited chicken tenders and drank the days away! definitely gained at least like 5 pounds, probably most of it water weight. nothing is too unhealthy on the boat honestly, just rather than hanging out by the food all the…

when i had gained a little bit above my lowest after reaching it, i bought a few pair of pants in that size (10) thinking i'd lose weight to get back down into them since i only fell off track for a bit. here i am a year and a half later, in a size 14 -.- these pants are still in my drawers with the tags on! i won't even…

higher temp with marginally shorter time really helped my chicken! i still over-cook it though. chicken is fickle! slow cooker works every time.

i'm in college, but for lunch i try to bring a protein shake, some beef jerky, and a granola bar/fruit. the protein keeps me full for a while! it's not the most glamorous but it's easy to eat on the go.
-
i eat this all the time! i use a bagel instead, and heavy on the pepper :)
-
cheese for sure. peanut butter too. anything with high carbs- i just never made the connection to calorie density! and those granola bars filled with sugar...totally not worth it compared to the other food i can have for approx the same. also, sad about bagels :(

LOVE PORK SKINS and they are actually a pretty decent snack!!!
-
skinny taste has a good recipe with jarred artichoke and feta, marinate the chicken with the artichokes (and juice), then broil. very simple and pretty good! i'm not a fan of thighs but prepared this way they were absolutely tolerable.
-
i confess the sink has been full of dishes for a week...
-
this article made me curious, so i checked and if i just eat 30 chicken mcnuggets a day i will stay under my calorie goal. new diet plan??
-
having to actively fight my impulse to eat. all. the. time. eating is comforting for me (even when i eat so much it makes me feel terrible). oddly enough, i enjoy exercising.
