More fiber. Try switching out some of your dairy products for non-dairy alternatives, like almond milk. Probiotics daily can help tremendously.

Working on it! Jillian Michael's 6 week 6 pack has been an awesome help. I try to do it 2-3x a week. I am 5'2" and have had 2 kids (vaginally though) plus major open abdominal surgery in between the kids.

I recommend The Brewer Diet next time you are pregnant. I didn't follow it super strictly, and I just can't bring myself to eat liver, but when I followed the general guidelines with my first pregnancy, I was way better off than during my second. Protein consumption is very important also when pregnant (75-100g per day)…

2-3 drops of Young Living grapefruit essential oil in a large glass of water and drink it down in about 15 minutes or less. Really helps curb the hunger.
