Hi there! You can add me as a friend too! I work from home so I am home most of the time too. To get my steps in I either walk my dog, weather permitting. If the weather is bad, I jump on my elliptical. I am also doing mat pilates a couple times a week. You are more than welcome to add me as a friend.

This was great advice mousepotato! I pack my lunch everyday too and use a lot of those same items you mentioned. The thing that I cannot find is a good protein packed trail mix. Do you make your own or is there a brand you recommend?

I like MFP better than WW. The new plan for WW seems more complicated than the points plus program. With the WW 360 program you need to purchase one of their calculators in order to calculate points. MFP has a bigger database to keep an accurate check of your caloric intake and it's free! Good luck on your journey!
