Hey Annie. :) Don't worry, I'm the same. I've tried to lose weight with healthy eating so often but my downfall was I was the only one dieting and everyone else kept tempting me with good food. Now I have a couple of friends on here I've got the support there to keep motivated and not accept that extra slice of cake etc.…

I'm on Day 2 myself. :) I joined yesterday after a chocolate filled morning and just seeing it in the diary makes me want the healthier options today! Loving the set-up of MFP. :)
