Make your own. Toast 5 cups of sesame seeds @ 350º for 5-10 minutes. Let them cool, then pour into a food processor with 1 1/2 cups olive oil.

There are three types of Omega-3 oils - ALA, DHA, EPA. Flaxseed oil only contains ALA. ALA is converted into DHA and EPA by your body, but in small amounts.
