Is there a point in eating a fried egg if it wasn't cooked in the same pan you cooked your bacon in?

Forgot to mention, on the FlipBelt website they also have a wider version for bigger phones that also has a zipper pocket. My original belt holds my iPhone 6 just fine, but with my OtterBox on it it's an occasional struggle because the silicone is grippy. They also sell thin rectangular waterbottles that are designed to go…

I have a Flip Belt and it's the most handy fitness accessory EVER. I also use it like a fanny pack when I go to local events so I don't have to carry a purse. I'm kicking myself for not taking it to Orlando on my honeymoon.

I'm also curious about them, my boyfriend bought some and I have always thought 'fat burning' pills seem too gimmick-y.

I'm on Week 3 Day 2! HIIT 25 this morning. It was my first time trying it but I enjoyed it! It's hard tho, new house with wood floors, working out at 4:30am while bf is sleeping makes me nervous. Seems like its so loud! I use my adjustable dumbbells for the strength workouts, except for moves that the band makes more…

I've read all million and a half pages in this thread, and I'm still confused. If you do the long-hand math or the calculator at FreeDieting.com, is the recommended daily calorie intake you end up with your NET or your GROSS caloric intake? Do I eat back my exercise calories or do I eat only my calculated amount? Bear with…
