btw, i read that you should eat within a 30 minute window AFTER exercising...

try eating tuna (in water, drained) and crackers - no mayo - use only one serving size on the crackers. its low in calories and it will hold you thru the next meal (breakfast)

- stays in the bed til damn near noon - eat out ALL the time - not supportive on my goals

- snore - blows his nose all day, everyday - too quiet - not affectionate - emotionally not available - can be a messy person in the bathroom area (shavings all over the sink) - nosey as hell - can be a lil tight in the pockets at times SO MUCH MORE..........
