A few years ago..more like a decade..I was on my " AUNT FLO" and I was using a pad bcuz of the heavy flow, well...not really thinking..I sweat butt first when exercising, I wore a navy blue Capri tight pants...lol...well as I sweated, I sweated right around the pad area...so ppl could see the dry shape pad as I walked…

well, im no a.m workout person, but when i did try it, wat worked for me was layin my clothes, shoes and towel out the nite before in the bathroom (didnt want to wake up my hunny bun with lights on) and also i would set my alarm in da bathroom too. That way, i had to get up and walk all the way to da bathroom to cut alarm…

Subway is my favorite place to eat..regardless of high sodium...it sure beats a big mac and a whopper... i get the flatbread, sometimes 6", sometimes 12" (lunch and dinner) i choose either seafood crab, roast beef, steak n cheese or cold cut...cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, lite mayo, ketchup, mustard and salt n pepper…

sounds like to me that you jus love food...lol...so do i...its a reality that i live with everyday...im not an emotional eater..im jus greedy at times...i may be overweight..but im tryin to do something about it..and i know that you can do it too..start out slow..u will get there.. :-)

music will help.. the treadmill can get boring at times..especially if you are doin it for a full hour (my very own punishment to myself at times) i try to run 5 mins, then walk for 1min verses runnin the full hour..it would jus kill me and i have a lot of cardio in me...when on the treadmill, try running for 2min at…

i dont feel that you are wrong, i feel the same way...xmas if more for the kids, i only buy kids gifts and my mom...my brothers and sister understand where i come from...money is always tight on my end :(
