This is exactly the way I approach MFP. I just don't really pay enough attention to need to delete someone.

Nip it and nip it now! You have GOT at make time for yourself. I know that's hard to say with the course and research load, but it's just something you really have to do. Even if you never step foot in a gym, focus on the food you're consuming.

That's way better than I did. I gained AAAALLLL my weight (well, almost all) during my Ph.D. It wasn't until I finished up and was able to focus on myself for a while that I started losing. I started my post-doc at 450+ pounds and intend to finish it at my goal weight! :)

I'm a 5'9" female, currently at 264.4 lbs. and I wear between a size 24-26 in pants a about a 2xL in shirts. I'm very "pear-shaped," though, so there's quite a bit of disparity in my top and bottom sizes.

I'm still very, very heavy, but I know there's no way in hell I burn 1500 kcal after 35 minutes on the elliptical machine like MFP predicts. I believe it more for walking, but certainly not the elliptical machine. . .
