Hi! I just turned 29 and am back in the 200+ again after suffering a back injury and spinal surgery. I have recovered for the most part but am really struggling with th psychological side of working out, I am terrified that I will re injure myself. i havent done it but a girl i work with did and she loved it. she got great results but you have to be committed and driven its really hard but she said it was really worth it
