I try to only weigh myself once a week always at the same time of day. Sometimes if i feel im having a good week i have a sneaky peek but thats probably not a good idea as your weight can fluctuate day to day.

Well I've been using MFP on and off for a number of years but this is the first time I've had a look at the boards ! Hoping to get back in habit of tracking properly again and get my weight loss moving again!!

Are you more thirsty than usual? or losing weight without trying....these can be symptoms of diabetes so you should definately consult a doctor just to be sure

Wow! I'm amazed you have to put your weight on your driving licences!! Sorry if that sounds dumb, but in U.K we dont have to do that and Im rather glad!!
