wine has been my downfall too, so no more! basically, if I write down all of my goals, wine does not help me get to any of them and is only hurting. day 1 of being in this group and loving it already. I know I will need the support!!!

If I'm eating a piece of fruit or a salad, I log it. If I'm throwing a tiny bit of onion into my eggs or something like that, probably not.

Move forward before one day becomes more than one day, forgive yourself (and forget), drink extra water, and wait a few extra days before you weigh. Every one of us has done the exact same thing. It is what you do next that makes the difference.

This may be one of those situations where I need to take my own advice, BUT here goes anyway. I like wine a lot and when I am successful at avoiding it during the week, it is bc I workout when I get home from work. By the time I get cleaned up and have enough water to get me through my workout, I don't really feel like it…

We try to grow as much as possible. With a limited space I would say herbs, garlic, peppers & berries. I have not tried the earthboxes mentioned above but they sound cool.

I say go for it. If you are in pretty good shape you can probably skip some of the beginning. Try week 1 day 1, and if it is way too easy skip to week 2 day 1, etc. BUT don't go overboard, know your body. :) You can totally do this!!!! Have fun!!!

Easy recipe w/ very few ingredients...if I can do it anyone can LOL...fajita seasoning on 2 chicken breasts & put it in a saucepan, crock pot, whatever w/ can of Rotel and a cup of chipotle salsa. that's it. after an hour it pulls apart and you can put it on anything...salad, potato, corn tortilla, by itself. I guess I would need more information, if he is truly concerned about your health and well being or just being ugly about it. I know in my experience, any time my goal was anything other than my health and to feel better, I didn't last long.
