Agree w/ above post. You have to make your own stock. Takes longer but it is so worth it though, tastes much better. Make a big batch and freeze some.

You are not alone! My eating is stress related too, and it is pretty ridiculous how much food I can put away at times. I can do great all day then bam over with! I never thought about looking for a group on here. That is a good idea.

For me it wasn't the alcohol, it was what I wanted to eat after the alcohol. And if I overdid it, what I wanted to eat the next day, and so on. I personally have much better results if I lay off. But if you have more self control than I do, then any lower calorie drink is not really "bad", just like many have said on here…

For me, yes every once in a while I am not going to track what I eat. I really don't see myself inquiring of each family member what ingredients they added to their Christmas dish so that I can properly log it. Whatever the occasion is, I just make an entry with 1 quick add of what I think my calories were for that day…

I'm sure about a hundred ppl have said this by now....but using plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream (w/ just a little lime juice mixed in real good) is AMAZING! Makes me wish I knew about that a LONG time ago bc you can't even really tell the difference and it is so much better for you.
