Honestly, early in the morning after you've already used the restroom and before you eat. Don't weigh yourself everyday. It's easier to notice how much you lose if you weigh every two weeks. Your weight fluctuates so much, every day is different.

Pilates is supposed to help the belly fat once you get started. Cut out chocolate, salt, and soft drinks. Hard I know, but it does make a difference! Hit the gym and try new things. What have you got to lose besides that belly fat?!? :happy:

Definitely try something new! I plateaued with my work outs. I finally contacted my personal trainer friend. He showed me a few different exercises to switch it up. Try going to the library and renting some work out videos or join like a step class. You'd be amazed at what a difference it can make. You might also try to…
