One thing I love to do with eggplant: bread it and spray a pan and bake it until tender and browned Add it on a roll with fresh mozzarella slice, artichoke hearts and a tomato. Drizzle with a touch of balsamic vineager. YUM!!!!!

I go to Zumba at my gym 1-2 times a week and would love to do it at home too...has anyone tried the Kinnect Zumba Fitness? Or Wii? If so, how did it compare to the in person classes? Thanks! I LOOOOVE my Zumba!!!

My only advice seems to be echoed in the posts above...listen to what your gut is telling you. Do you have a pastor that you and he can talk to together to try to talk out your issues? I've started doing a lot of squats with a weighted bar every day, 3 sets, 12 reps each.... hope this will help will try the dry brushing too

I have a desk job...I work from home...that allows me to get up and chase after my 4 year old occassionally :) I also live in a bilevel so always up and down stairs!

I totally understand...my suggestion is to have a protein bar on hand for when you're not really hungry ---that will keep your calories and proteins to the optimal level in order to fuel your body. Good luck!
