I started out 6 months ago at 289 and could barely make it through the 1 mile walk. Now I"m down 46 lbs and today I did the 5 mile. I also use treadmil and weights but the WATP videos help me keep out of a boring rut. I usually avergae the 2-3 mile videos on a daily basis when not on the treadmil .

I'm 30 and weigh 243 min ranges anywhere from 170 to 195 depending on how much effort i'm putting in.

Bad burger: Homemade thick burger on the grill at home to be had with an ice cold beer. Healthy burger: Bocca Vegan burgers (not too bad when the craving hits)

I don't share well with others when it comes to this kinda stuff myself, call me selfish but I'd rather not lose a friendship or family members love due to me spazzing out on them if they disrespected me. Better to just keep things simple in my opinion.

when I used to eat cereal, I loved it. I'm with SJ46 though, too hard for me to control my portions with cereal so I had to give it up.

That ^ is exactly what I do, then if I need to I adjust if I make changes throughout the day and hit the "complete" button when I know I'm all done.

I have to workout first thing in the AM before I give myself any amount of time to talk myself out of it. I do this 7 days a week. I don't care if some think it's extreme. It's what keeps me motivated. therefore, I do not eat before I work out. AND..I only eat when I'm hungry. Sometimes I'll have a smoothy after my workout…

I log them...esp because for me it's not just about calories. I track my sugar and carbs too which fruit has a lot of both depneding on what I'm eating so for me it's crucial.
