I dont mind a nod or smile but anything more and I feel obligated to take my headphones out and respond which annoys the **** out of me when I'm in 'the zone'. So long as the music keeps playing and I dont' have to speak it's all good!

On day 9 of sober myself...Yea I find it did curb my appetite some but I can burn way more calories not having to take more breaks during workouts because I"m outta breath than I can curb with a habit.

I LOVE to walk!! And I've done quite well with it but I've got to say, I've really fallen in love with intervals!! I usually run for 1 min and walk for 2 or any other variation after a 5 min warm up and go for as long as I can. I use a heart rate monitor and wow talk about a great calorie burn!!!

I average 600-1000 calories of exercise a day....if i'm hungry I'll eat some back focusing on protein and complex carbs if I'm not hungry I don't worry with it. Listen to your body!

I"m always up for new friends...so long as you actively participate!! No action in 30 days and I gotta let peeps go. Hence my relatively low number of friends currently.
