ha! No, I wasn't already running, thankfully! I've got another pair of pants, so I think I'll just use those and splurge on new shorts when the weather warms up (and the pants go on clearance!)

this. even if your cycles are regular, you may not be sure of when you're ovulating, and may be timing incorrectly. don't stress about stress, either. If stress prevented pregnancy, there would be plenty fewer of us. and tcoyf is Taking Charge of Your Fertility, fyi.

check with the rec near you, see if they have a sliding school, or a "scholarship" fund, or something of the sort. I know ymca's do.

if you do shakes (milkshake or protein), don't drink them through a straw- don't want to get dry socket!

If you're already running, it's safe to continue to do so. Ditto everyone that says get a good bra. It's essential that you stay hydrated, and take it slow.

Honestly, when it gets to this point, you just need to eat a little *real* chocolate. Anything else will leave you unsatisfied and heading for a binge.
