Protein helps stabilize you and I know for me...it helps to keep my sugar up and not bottom out so quick. Make sure you drink lots of water. In another note...my down fall is I like to eat when I'm studying...so I weigh out a serving size of pistachios (in shell) to munch on while studying. I like to take 2 ounces of dannon light and fit yogurt, 1 ounce of barenaked granola, and 1 teaspoon of skippy peanut butter (natural) and mix it together. It's about 123 calories.
