It's helpful for vegetarians like me, though. I also eat Better 'n Peanut Butter brand, which is much lower in calories (but, then again, also a bit lower in protein).

Yeah - I loved Cardio 2. It was tougher than Cardio 1 but I actually liked the moves more (with the exception of high knees - hate 'em!). It sucks that High Knees are in Cardio 2 and Workout 5... and that Wood Choppers are in Workouts 5 & 6... my least favorite moves and they're popping up all over the place! >.<

LOL Burpees are Jillian's favorite move - she has them in almost every one of her workout DVDs ... I love them, but a lot of people really hate 'em.

YES! Love, love, love. I am starting to worry about my knees, though... Phase 2 is really heavy on the jumping (both in the workouts and in the Cardio). This is why Plyometrics went out of style... we're not supposed to be jumping around this much, especially not every day!

I LOVE Cardio 2! It's totally intense, but I love every move (EXCEPT for High Knees... really dislike those). This one is littered with great quotes, too. "What's that smell? Can you smell that? That's the smell of fat evicerating off your body!" Lol

Yeah - I think it depends on the guy and his work environment. Personally, although I would love to receive flowers at home as a random surprise.... Yeah, I'm feeling Phase 2 is a bit imbalanced ... maybe it's this "superset" idea, but it feels like there are multiple moves in a row that really kill the same muscles/muscle groups - and that tires me out much faster.

Nope... not comfortable with that. Maybe if I ever get to my goal physique! Lol I just wear my workout clothes (except for shoes) to and from the gym (when I go - I usually workout at home).

Thoughts on Cardio 2? I'm doing it tonight... and I'm worried. Cardio 1 wasn't exactly easy - and Workouts 5 & 6 are SO MUCH MORE INTENSE than 1 & 2 ... I'm kinda dreading going home. Lol Also... chop swings in both workouts?! Seriously?! She's out to kill me, I think.
