People are pretty obsessed with The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue right now. I thought it was pretty good. There's a beautiful novel by Tomasz Jędrowski called Swimming in the Dark that came out last year... one of my favorite reads of 2020 (and I read a lot.)

OMG disappearing butt has been the worst! Loose skin also suuucks. At times I wonder why I lost so much weight to just have all this loose skin anyway...still can't walk around shirtless.

I have lost about 114 pounds - I'm only 5'5". I have A LOT of loose skin, and it really really sucks. It's mostly cosmetic, yes, and that's not the most important thing. On this, we agree. But there are certainly bound to be some self-esteem issues wrapped-up in this (at least, there are for me). It's also a bit defeating…

This is what I'm thinking, too. I've lost quite a bit and I definitely think I have some loose skin. I feel like, when I reach my final goal, I'll have quite a bit of it. I don't see how time alone would result in it going away. I'm seeing some problems, already, under the arms, on the stomach, and also my inner thighs.…
