  • My favorite is the chocolate banana PB protein smoothie: 1/2 cup skim milk or soy milk 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use GNC Amp Wheybolic 60 Chocolate) 1/2 banana 1 tsp natural peanut butter couple of ice cubes The whole thing is around 170 cals when put into mfp food diary

  • I was reading a post about this a while ago. This website gives a week breakdown of calorie cycling depending on your age/heigt/weight and how much you want to loose. I haven't had the self control to follow it yet :wink: but i've heard that it works well, especially if you've reached a weight plateau…
  • I have heard that ground flaxseed is helpful in that department:smile:
