I have been finding that the more people I friend that are active loggers the more involved I feel and having my diary Open to all my friends also helps. I also stipulate to myself that I can't lie on MFP (as much as I want to sometimes)...it truly helps! I'd love to friend you and help cheer you on/hold you accountable!…

So far I've been successful with just being realistic about my goals and in MFP settings I have activity level on sedentary…

I know for myself I had to reach a "rock bottom" moment before I was able to really commit myself to even verbalize my goals out loud. I also try to keep nuts and dried fruit handy in little…

I couldn't agree more. I have been a CNA 10 years now (Yikes! that long?!) and I am set to graduate with my RN in March '13. The experience I received in those years of CNA work have put me very far ahead of the rest of my cohort in terms of familiarity and comfort with patients and the work we do. If you are thinking of…

I am also an RN student looking to lose all the weight I've gained in the last two years (about 45 lbs total). I'm 5'2 and 150# currently (25# still to go). I'd love to have the support of others that relate to the demands of nursing school!
