well here very one is using there own... choose ur pick :) and people start from 2-3 lbs and then increase up to 5 depending upon their strength... no specs..

honestly u r being greedy. I think ur weight loss is very encouraging.... And secondly you may have hit ur weight plateu. c u will have to be a bit patient. i have been trying but have only lost 4 pounds and 3 inches on my waist. would you guide me what to do

I am doing 20 min jillian Michaels 30 DS every day and 5-10 min extra cadio three times a week

I am so happy for you. I had just lost 4 lbs at that stage and still after two weeks though am loosing in inches no weight loss is there. am anxiously waiting for the scale to creep..

way to go but be mentally prepared as water content lost earlier shows eay weight loss then comes a stage when ur body builds muscles due to exercise and u put one or two pounds back that is when most people get discouraged and drop out but if they continue body starts burning fats again and after two -three weeks weight…

i have lost 4 pounds by using jillian's body revolution in past 20 days and now am losing inches at waist but needle of scale haas stuck at 150 really wishing to c it go down...

i am doing body revolution with extra cardio and finding it effective on inches loss. though my scale is still determined not to show any changes

i lost 4 pounds in 10 days but then gained 1 back again. i am on day 16th and bit depressed by getting weight on even if i am keeping my slef to non processed foods and calories down to 1200. I have been doing workouts twice a day too.
