now that i have finished 30 ds and starting all over again. i lost 8 pounds in total and 7 inches in total.....now i can say it is really effective... cant weight to see difference in next 30 days

well some ppl have sugar level issues get your self checked and for the time being dats and milk should be the choice... 2 dates will give you instant energy and help you go back to sleep easy... foods that release energy slowly make you eat more...

i have lost 8 lbs but gained last one back again so its total 7 lbs lost this past month :)

actually home chores are a very good exercise... mopping especially... you can count these activities as working out at moderate pace...

i think you should take things easy... just plan baby steps and start taking them firmly... make rules like at least walking for 15-20 mins daily on moderate pace.... stop eating junk food... start taking veggies and fruits... stop processed foods and deep fried stuff. and eat good stuff as much as you want... that way u…

well count me in guys as i have lost 5 pounds but not because of jm 30 ds but mostly due to drinking water .. in initial week after wards lost on weight at all though its my 4th week. i feel my scale to be creeping though ..... frustrating but i am happy to have lost inches around 3 at waist :)

i have lost 5 pounds in last 25 days. lost 4 in first week and only 1 in rest two weeks.... was very depressed but am finally my scale started to respond. still have got few 5 days left... am keeping my fingers crossed for another pound this month...
