I've tried running with a regular stroller and it didn't work well. The wheels shake back and forth really bad and it just doesn't feel right. The jogger I got was not that expensive. I think I paid right around $100 for it.

Thats weird! Runkeeper and MFP are always within 50 calories of each other for me. I wonder why they are different for you.

I've been doing a modified version of this. I can lift my shoulders off the ground no problem but I can't even get my feet up with my shoulders back! So i kind of just lift my shoulders and once in awhile attempt to lift my feet. It's not the right way but it hurts in my abs so it must be working something. LOl

No, it is a move where you lay on the ground with your hands facing up by your sides.Then you lift your shoulders and feet off the ground at the same time and just hold it there for 30 seconds. It is called 'hollow man' because you are hollwing your body in a scoop like position.

Jillian Michaels says that dead lifts are one of the best exercises for the back of the thigh under the booty. She mentions it in one of her DVD's. I can't remember which one though.

I have 3 kids and I gained exactly 34lbs with each pregnancy. I guess I'm consistent! My first was 9lbs 12oz, second was 7 lbs 15oz, and my last was 9 lbs 9.8oz. I tend to make large babies.
