  • turkey tacos! I mean not much of a recipe with that one, probably substitue flour tortillas for something either whole grain or corn and add avacados, tomatoes, onions, maybe a bit of tatziki instead of sour cream

  • MFP does really overestimate burned calories. I had gotten a heart rate monitor that estimates more closely. Sorry I can't be too much help, other than to say just stick with it :)
  • I just cut my hair to a little shorter than chin length, I use colorful snap clips for my bangs and the rest of the hair can just hang behind my ears. the hair bands that are elastic and go all the way around your head just do not work for me. you can get these at the dollar store

  • My nutritionist has said NO calorie intake vs. calories burned is cumulative throughout the day; however eating on a regular schedule to keep your body stress hormones in check and not allowing yourself to get starved to the point of pigging out when you do finally get the chance to eat.
