i drink 2.5 servings of water every hour and go to the bathroom a lot. when i work out though i sweat all of that water and i dont have to go to the bathroom while i workout i might when i am done. u can never drink to much water. the people who drink 11 servings a day is know to increase there metabilisim 10 percent each…

i really did not eat anything today been craming for finals and now that it is like midnight i am starving hepl is there anything i can eat or maybe drink. i have been drinkin water and it is not helping like i need it too HELP

so i will try to do 5 per minute but i think it might be a little more. and shoveling i wish my drive way is 3 miles long that is why i am snowed in lol i can not shovel that much of a driveway lol

i have a question on useing the eliptical. when i use it around 15 min my feet start to fall asleep and then my legs and i have to get off around 30 min i would love to do more but my whole body might fall asleep what can i do to fix this problem. help please

under walking there is a 15 pound walk that i use for school i put it in for 5 min less then i really walk cuz i dont know how much my bag really weighs but i put it in on the days i go to school.

ok so i weigh myself on different scales and i get differant results. is there a scale someone recomends that i can go buy that is not to expensive. and when is the best time of the day to weigh myself. Kelly
