I would think it's just because,your doing different exercise. I am on the same plan and up to week 4 day 2. Day 3 tomorrow. Try doing the strength and flex exercises on the day your not running...keep going it's a good plan.

Hi I am Heidi from the UK life long weight problem and decided at 55 to ensure its not a life long prison sentence.
