Hi All!! I have been a member for a few weeks, but i am currently on day 11 of eating more!!! My name is Amy, i live in Maine. I have had fair to great success so far, but started out as a 1200 cal girl in November, increased to 1400 in February or so, and just increased to 1600--1800 11 days back. I dropped weight quickly…

make a plan, and stick to it. It takes a minimum of 2 weeks to really start to develop a new habit, so you need to stick to your plan solidly for a few weeks and then you may discover your body is starting to crave healthier foods, and that you just dont feel right without your exercise, etc.

nothing too fancy here, just had a clif bar, crunchy peanut butter flavor. Yum! Drinking water and taking my multivitamin along with it.

i made Andes chocolate cookies a few weekends ago, and altered the recipe devils food cake mix 2 eggs replaced the oil for greek yogurt, plain. I think it was 1/2 cup mix, bake, then while cooling put on an andes mint and let it melt. I made mine smallish, they were 33 cals a piece!

It will also depend on your hight, weight, intensity, etc. I do an hour of cardio kickboxing 2-3x week, sweat like crazy, and work really hard. However, i use my HRM and get a burn of 315-400cals, usually under 350. For an hour. For what its worth, i am female, 32, 5'1", 147lbs. Someone who is 200lbs will burn far more…

oh my. Bump!

i am 5'1". Goal weight is roughly 125lbs. I really dont care if i end up at 115 or 135 though, so long as i am healthy, fit, lean, etc. The ultimate number is somewhat irrelevant.

you have a great attitude! This is your year, do it up! :)

awesome report! i am doing my first ever challenge this weekend, but it is a smaller (2.5 miles) mud challenge that is not a national event.

you look YEARS younger! Nice job. I am amazed at how toned your belly looks, as i worry about loose skin on myself. Great work!

This.

Yes, this. And specifically, sodium is your likely culprit given that you said you ate out or had take out 2x over the weekend. Drink lots of water, weigh yourself at the end of the week and those 5lbs should be gone!

No periods is important to me, as i get horrible, horrible headaches when its my TOM. I did gain weight after i got it, but not right away as i was still losing…

i have a big belly too, like my dad! I have been exercising regularly with some amount of ab work consistently for 5 months and i couldnt even make my "top abs" engage and feel sore until the last 2 weeks! I think my core was just so week and those muscles so deep in fat, that i couldnt feel them at all, and i was…
