You have done so well, I would like to know what you are and are not doing! I have also lost the same 50-100 lbs many times in my life. I seem to get to the point I am now around the 100 lbs mark and my body resists going any lower and I get frustrated and give up? Would love any encouraging words...

PerlaV, You can do it! I lost 100lbs from jan 21, 2011 -October 2011. Put on a bit over Christmas but back to counting carbs and sugar. I don't feel deprived losing it that way. Best of luck! I have 60 lbs left to my goal, I will do it in 2012!!
