  • Been here since January 2009, reached my goal weight in September 2010, and have no intentions of going anywhere! I love it here! And, I will continue to log my food - well, most of it. I've gotten less strict since being in maintenance mode.
  • I don't even have to be bored to think like this. I think I have a tendency towards OCD - so I can focus on something, like FOOD, and obsess about it... Until I get it... Then it's all over!
  • Yep, sucker here! I tried it, but my very fine hair just couldn't hold any body when I used that stuff. I tried it several times with no luck.

  • I like to put sweet pickles with chocolate chip cookies or Oreos - Yummmm! I hate raw tomatoes but love tomato soup, ketchup, salsa, roasted tomatoes - ANYTHING but raw. I used to eat mayonnaise crackers - saltines with mayo. Yikes...
  • A co-worker of mine had laser hair removal done on her legs, and she is extremely happy with the results! She loves it and how she doesn't have to shave any more. It takes several treatments, but she swears it was all worth it!

  • Even my eyebrows and fingers sweat!!! And, I'm at my goal weight. Fat or not, I am a sweater. It's just your body's way of regulating its temperature, cooling itself down. Still, it makes me feel like I'm getting a killer workout!!

  • I can say this, but I never practice what I preach! DO NOT LET THE SCALES DETERMINE HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF!!! I am a scale addict, and my weight can fluctuation up to 4 lbs in the SAME day! It's just water/fluid and normal variances! Please don't let that little 1/2 lb derail your hard work!!!
