curious, what are you typically eating? I have the opposite problem... too many carbs not enough protein or fat.

I like 1% chocolate milk, it is high in protein and it hydrates so I feel full longer. Also you can pick it up anywhere and drink it on the go. Especially after working out and cheaper than protein shakes. Good Luck, keep it up.

Yes, go outside and walk in the fresh air even just 10 or 20 minutes, and drink water or crystal light!

can you find a more active way to commute? like walking part way then driving/taking the bus the rest? or cycling which is VERY efficient?
