Did 320 minutes this first week. I am down 1 lb. I can feel a difference from working out more this week. It feels good. Will definitely keep it up.

I'm 5'4" and 151 lbs. I want to get down to 125 lbs. and then re-evaluate from there. My ideal weight is 115 lbs. Don't know if I'll ever see that again.

This is my 3rd day. Yesterday I did 35 minutes of Turbo Jam Cardio Party Mix #2 and 15 minutes of yoga/stretching. Today I did Turbo Sculpt for 40 minutes. I plan to do yoga later this evening. I may have to take it easy because my middle and upper back are sore today.

I started the challenge today too. I did 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of yoga/stretching. I plan to do a 20 minute walk later today. A combination of things: Seeing photos of me from my last vacation, Looking at my backside in the mirror, Hitting a weight I had never hit before, Realizing I won't be able to fit into my fall wardrobe, etc. But the real last straw came when my husband said I was fat. Talk about a "slap in the face":(
